Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CLEANZO App mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. CLEANZO App reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Services & Orders
Marketplace Model
CLEANZO App operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent laundry service providers. We facilitate orders, payments, and communication but do not directly provide laundry services.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase services. Orders are subject to acceptance by the laundry partner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including pricing errors, service unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Service Quality
While we vet our laundry partners, we cannot guarantee the quality of services provided by independent partners. Disputes regarding service quality should be reported through the app for resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the laundry partner begins processing. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refer to our cancellation policy within the app for specific timelines.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing
Prices for services are set by individual laundry partners and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may vary between partners and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees may apply based on order value and distance. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain threshold or when offered by specific laundry partners.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiry dates and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and order details. Inaccurate information may result in service delays or order cancellation.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, harass other users or service partners, or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.
Item Responsibility
You are responsible for removing valuables, checking pockets, and noting any pre-existing damage to garments before handing them over for service. Special care items must be clearly identified.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
CLEANZO App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Damage or Loss
While our laundry partners take reasonable care, we are not directly liable for damage to or loss of items during the laundry process. Claims should be filed through the app within 48 hours of delivery.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEANZO App's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
Intellectual Property & Termination
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the CLEANZO App platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the Platform after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Platform.
